急性脑血管病心电图分析及临床意义研究

目的 探讨急性脑血管病的心电图特点与发生改变的临床意义以及预后情况。方法 选择2010～2011年度对200例急性脑血管病患者进行入院之后的心电图观察,结合患者的临床资料对其临床意义进行探讨。结果 本组200例患者有180例发生了心电图的异常,异常率高达90%。急性脑血管病的心电图主要表现有束支传导阻滞、ST段变化和心律失常等,其中180例发生心电图异常的患者中有死亡病例25例,病情好转或者恢复正常的有155例。结论 急性脑血管病的病情和心电图之间有密切的联系,一般来说病情越重心电图中就有越多的异常项目,但是发生异常的项目可以随着病情的好转而恢复正常,这对于临床上判断急性脑血管病患者的预后情况等有着重要的指导意义。

Objective To investigate the ECG characteristics of acute cerebrovascular disease and change the clinical significance and prognosis. Methods A hospital 2010-2011,200 cases of acute cerebrovascular disease in patients admitted to hospital after the ECG observation, combined with the clinical data of its clinical significance to explore. Conclusion The acute cerebrovascular disease and ECG are closely linked, the general, more severe the disease, the more abnormal ECG project, but the occurrence of unusual items can be improved as the disease back to normal, which The clinical judgment of important guiding significance for prognosis of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.
