老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并左心衰竭诊治探讨

目的 探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并左心衰竭的治疗效果。方法 回顾老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并左心衰竭84例,进行治疗分析。结果 慢性阻塞性肺疾病Ⅰ级有效率100.00%,Ⅱ级有效率为96.88%,Ⅲ级有效率为76.00%,总有效率为91.67%,不同级别慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。84例患者中,经过进一步检查,6例肺结核,1例肺癌,死亡1例(1.19%),是由于合并多器官功能衰竭导致。结论 对于老年性慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并左心功能衰竭,注意鉴别,可以有效确诊,确诊后及早治疗,综合调理,是提高成功率的关键。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the treatment of left heart failure in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Eighty-four cases chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with left ventricular failure were treated and analyzed. Results The effective rate of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease I level was 100.00% ,II level was 96.88%, 76.00% in III level, the total effective rate was 91.67%, there was significant differences in efficacy of different levels of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, after further examination, 6 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, 1 case of lung cancer, 1 patient （1.19%） death with multiple organ failure. Conclusion For the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with !eft ventricular failure, the symptoms are not typical, attention to identify, can be effectively diamaosed and treated earlv after diamaosis, a comprehensive conditionine is the kev to increase the success rate.
