A Study on the Selection of Callus for Protoplast Isolation of Actinidia deliciosa

由美味猕猴桃东山峰 79- 0 9品种诱导产生的 4种类型愈伤组织 ,其分离原生质体的效果不同 :A型愈伤组织分离的原生质体数量多 ,但活力较低 ;B型愈伤组织分离的原生质体不仅数量较多 ,而且活力也高 ;C型愈伤组织分离的原生质体数量少 ,但活力高 ;D型愈伤组织分离的原生质体数量较多 。

The effects of four types of calli induced from Actinidia deliciosa cv.Dongshanfeng 79 09 on protoplast isolation were studied. Results showed that a high yield of protoplast with low viability was obtained from type A and D. A few protoplasts with high viability was observed from Type C. Type B is the best resource for protoplast isolation,both the yield and viability were high.
