摘要
目的观察醒脑再造胶囊化痰及抗血栓的作用。方法采用小鼠酚红排泄量观察醒脑再造胶囊化痰作用,采用结扎大鼠下腔静脉造成血液回流阻塞观察醒脑再造胶囊抗血栓作用。结果醒脑再造胶囊可抑制小鼠呼吸道酚红排泄量(P<0.05);降低大鼠血管阻塞形成的血栓湿重(P<0.05)。结论醒脑再造胶囊有化痰和抗血栓形成作用。
Objective To observe expectorant and anti-thrombus effects of Xingnao Zaizao Capsules. Methods The phenol red secretion amount of mouse was used to determine expectorant effect. The IVC ligation of rat resulting in blood reflux obstacle was used to determine the anti-thrombus effect. Results Xingnao Zaizao Capsules can help suppress secretion of respiratory tract in mice （P 〈 0.05）, and reduce wet weight of thrombus induced by vein blockage in rats （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xingnao Zaizao capsules have the effects of expectorant and anti-thrombus formation.
