摘要
目的探讨应用二维斑点追踪显像技术评价陈旧性心肌梗死患者左心房收缩及舒张功能改变的价值。方法对34例陈旧性心肌梗死患者应用Simpson′s法计算左房主动排空分数和被动排空分数,应用STI技术测量各房壁的左室收缩期峰值应变率(SRS)、舒张早期峰值应变率(SRE)、舒张晚期峰值应变率(SRA),计算左房各壁的应变率曲线平均值(mSRS、mSRE、mSRA),并与30例正常人比较。结果 (1)陈旧性心肌梗死患者左房最小容积、左房主动排空分数、左房最大容积较对照组显著增高(P<0.01),而左房被动排空分数较对照组显著减低;(2)陈旧性心肌梗死患者左房(mSRS、mSRE)均较对照组减低(P<0.05),mSRA较对照组显著增高(P<0.01)。结论超声二维斑点追踪显像技术可以定量评价陈旧性心肌梗死患者左心房功能。
Objective To explore the value of detecting the systolic and diastolic functions of the left atrial changes in patients with old myocardial infarction by two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging. Methods Left atrial passive ejection fraction (LAPEF) and left atrial active ejection fraction (LAAEF) of 34 patients with old myocardial infarction were calculated using Simpson's method, and peak strain rate indices (SRs, SRE, and SRA) of the wall of the left atrial were measured by STI, and the mean peak strain rates (mSRs, mSRE, and mSRA) were also calculated. Compared with those of 30 healthy sujects. Results (1) LAVmax, LAAEF and LAVmin were significantly decreased compared with those in the control group (P 〈 0.01), but LAPEFwere significantly decreased; (2) mSRs, mSRE of left artery were decreased in patients with OMI, which were lower than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05), mSRA increase compared with that in the control group (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion STI can be used to evaluate the left atrium function of patients with old myocardial infarction.
