宫外孕Ⅱ号方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗80例异位妊娠临床观察

Clinical observation on the second traditional Chinese medicine decoction of exfetation combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy

目的观察宫外孕Ⅱ号方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法选择本院异位妊娠患者80例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,治疗组给予宫外孕Ⅱ号方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗。治疗后观察比较两组临床疗效、血β-HCG、住院时间的情况。结果治疗组治愈率为87.5%,对照组治愈率为70.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组β-HCG下降至正常水平时间为(12.1±5.3)d,短于对照组的(18.9±7.3)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组包块缩小情况优于对照组,住院时间也少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫外孕Ⅱ号方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠疗效显著,副反应小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the second traditional Chinese medicine decoction of exfetation combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Eighty patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group had 40 cases. The control group was given Methotrexate, while the treatment group was given the second traditional Chinese medicine decoction of exfetation combined with Methotrexate. The clinical effect, situation of ^-HCG and hospital time of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%, and the control group was 70.0%, there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, time of β-HCG down to normal in the treatment group which was shorter than that of the control group ]（12.1±5.3）d vs （18.9±7.3）d] （P 〈 0.05）. Situation of bossing was better than that of control group, and the hospital time was shorter than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The second traditional Chinese medicine decoction of exfetation combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy has a good effect and has a few side effects, so it is worthy to use in clinic.
