心包内结扎肺血管行全肺切除治疗中晚期肺癌

Treatment of the pericardium ligation pulmonary vascular pneumonectomy to middle-late stage lung cancer

目的研究心包内结扎肺血管行全肺切除治疗中晚期肺癌的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院应用心包内结扎肺血管行全肺切除治疗的6例中晚期肺癌患者的临床资料。结果所有病例全部完成一侧全肺切除,术中无大出血情况发生。结论应用心包内结扎肺血管行肺切除可扩大中晚期肺癌手术指征,减少开胸探查率,提高切除率,有效且安全可靠。

Objective To study the efficacy of the pericardium ligation pulmonary vascular line pneumonectomy middlelate treatment for lung cancer. Methods The clinical data of six patients with middle-late lung caner who were given the pericardium ligation pulmonary vascular pneumonectomy was retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases were completed one side pneumoncctomy, no intraoperative hemorrhage happened. Conclusion The application of the pericardium ligation pulmonary vascular pneumonectomy can enlarge middle-late stage lung cancer surgical indications, reduce the thoracic exploration rate, raise the resection rate. It is effective, safe and reliable.
