摘要 胰岛素样生长因子（insulin—like growth factor，IGF）是一类与胰岛素呈高度同源的细胞增殖调控因子。IGF系统是由一系列相关分子构成的一个复杂网络，其中包括了配体（IGF-1和IGF-2）、细胞表面受体（IGF-1R、IGF-2R以及IR）。
