摘要
素质教育是教育发展的趋势。本文从三个层面入手,探讨了如何将素质教育理念运用于大学英语教学。在大学英语教学中实施素质教育就应该在语言运用能力,文化观念以及批评性思维能力方面对学生进行培养,挖掘学生的能力和内在潜力。
Teaching for all-round development is the trend in education. The essay explores into the application of the teaching mode--education for all-round development-- in university English teaching in three aspects. Therefore, teachers may cultivate students＇ abilities of language application, cultural understanding and critical thinking, so that students＇ potential can be discovered.
