细胞核因子在宫颈癌组织中表达及其与人乳头状瘤病毒感染关系

Expression of nuclear factor-κB in cervical cancer and its relationship with human papillomavirus infection

目的探讨细胞核因子在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况及其与人乳头状瘤病毒感染的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测26份宫颈癌组织(宫颈癌组)及19份慢性宫颈炎组织(对照组)中细胞核因子的表达情况,2组标本术前均用PCR技术进行人乳头状瘤病毒DNA分型检测。结果宫颈癌组细胞核因子阳性表达率(96.15%)高于对照组(10.52%)(P<0.05);细胞核因子在人乳头状瘤病毒阳性组的表达率高于阴性组(P<0.05)。结论细胞核因子阳性表达与宫颈癌发病及人乳头状瘤病毒感染密切相关,在宫颈癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。

Objective To explore the expression of the nuclear factor-κB（NF-κB） in cervical cancer and the relationship with human papillomavirus（HPV） infection.Methods Immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect the expression of NF-κB in cervical cancer（n=26） and chronic cervicitis（n=19）.All patients were examined with polymerase chain reaction for genotype HPV-DNA.Results The positive expression rate of NF-κB was 96.15% in patients with cervical cancer,obviously higher than that in patients with chronic cervicitis（10.52%）（P0.05）.The expression of NF-κB was significantly higher in positive HPV-DNA patients than that in negative HPV-DNA patients（P0.05）.Conclusion The positive expression of NF-κB is closely correlated with cervical cancer and HPV infection,and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of cervical cancer.
