摘要 国企形象是企业的“无形固定资产”,关系到企业振兴存亡和经济的兴衰。冀东水泥集团公司 ,从本企业实际出发 ,根据国企形象应具有的内涵、原则、运作思路 ,确定树立六大形象。运作过程中 ,探索靠邓小平理论“顶天”,搞好精神文明建设 ;靠科技创新“立地”兴企 ,搞好物质文明建设 ,争创一流的现代化企业 ,在理论和实践结合上 。 The image of the state owned enterprises is the enterprises' so called invisible fixed assets and connects with the rise and fall of an enterprise and economy. In this sense, it is of vital importance. Based on the actual conditions, connotation, principles and operating thinking of the image of an enterprise, Jidong Cement Plant is bound to set up its image in six ways. In practice, it tries to be the best by studying Deng Xiaoping's theory and does well in spiritual civilization vigorously develop itself by scientific innovation as its base and does well in the construction of material civilization, tries to be the star modern enterprise. It has obtained encouraging progress and many successful experiences in the combination of theory with practice.
