The paper analyzes Deng Xiaoping's theory of reforming economic system and it is thought that based on Deng Xiaoping's dealing correctly with the relationship of reforma, development and steadiness and distinguishing the economic rules, economic system and economic operating mechanism and dealing with their relationship of the latter part, the theoretical innovation in the reforma of the economic system has come true.
