摘要
目的探讨滋肾降糖丸对胰岛素敏感性的影响及其分子机制。方法建立高脂饲喂的胰岛素抵抗小鼠模型,血生化检测滋肾降糖丸对该模型胰岛素敏感指数的影响,q-PCR检测滋肾降糖丸对该模型肌肉Glut4基因表达的影响。结果滋肾降糖丸显著促进高脂抵抗小鼠模型胰岛素敏感指数,同时显著上调肌肉Glut4 mRNA的表达。结论滋肾降糖丸具有改善胰岛素敏感性的作用,其机制可能与上调肌肉组织中Glut4基因表达有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Zi-Shen-Jian-Tang pills on insulin sensitivity of high-fat diet-fed mouse and action mechanisms.Methods Index of insulin sensitivity was assayed by using biochemical methods and Glut4 mRNA expression in muscles of high-fat diet-fed mice was measured by q-PCR.Results Zi-Shen-Jian-Tang pills significantly increase the index of insulin sensitivity and upregulate the expression of Glut4 in muscles of high-fat diet-fed mice.Conclusions Zi-Shen-Jian-Tang pills may increase the insulin sensitivity mediated by up-regulating the expression of Glut4 mRNA in muscles.
