缬沙坦和依那普利联用对高血压大鼠一氧化氮、内皮素及心肌重塑的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨缬沙坦和依那普利联合应用对高血压大鼠(SHR)体内一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)及心肌重塑的影响。方法 12周龄雄性SHR大鼠40只,随机分成4组,每组10只。即对照组,缬沙坦组[(30mg/(kg d)],依那普利组[10mg/(kg d)]和联用组[缬沙坦15 mg/(kg d)+雷米普利5mg/(kg d)]。3个月后分别测定左心室重量指数(LVMI)、心肌胶原含量(MCC)及心肌胶原容积分数(CVF),以及血清NO和ET值。结果三组的LVMI、MCC和CVF均下降,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),其中联用组效果优于缬沙坦组和依那普利组;三组的ET均下降,NO均升高,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),其中联用组效果优于缬沙坦组和依那普利组。结论小剂量联合应用缬沙坦和依那普利可以提升血清NO水平,降低ET水平,并能够抑制高血压大鼠心肌重塑。 Objective To study the influence of Combining Valsartan and Enalapril on the NO,ET Levels and Cardiac Remodeling in SHRs.Methods 12 weeks old male SHRs(n=40) were obtained.SHRs were divided into four groups(n=10 in each),controlgroups,Valsartan(30mg kg d),Enalapril(10mg kg d),orValsartan(15mg kg d) plus Ramipril(5mg kg d) were administered respectively to fout groups by gavage.After three months,LVMI,MCC,CVF,NO,ET were measured.Results The significant differences were found in the three groups and controlgroups.LVMI,MCC,CVF of the three groups were decreased,ET decreased,NO increased,Combined groups were the most significant than others(P0.05).Conclusion Combined low dose of Valsartan and Enalapril increases NO levels and decreases ET in essential organs and inhibits remodeling of hypertensive myocardium.
