两种方案治疗乳腺癌的疗效及生存率比较研究

Comparison of the Efficacy and Survival Rate Between two Regimens for Breast Cancer

目的比较两种化疗方案NA方案和NP方案治疗乳腺癌的疗效及生存率。方法将本院收治的63例Ⅳ期乳腺癌患者随机分为NA组和NP组,NA组给予长春瑞滨联合表柔比星的NA化疗方案,NP组给予长春瑞滨联合顺铂的NP化疗方案,并比较两组患者的治疗效果以及生存率。结果 NA组有效率为64.5%,疾病控制率为90.3%,NP组有效率为40.6%,疾病控制率为71.9%,NA组的有效率及疾病控制率均高于NP组(P<0.05)。两组的生存率及毒副反应的发生率无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论对于晚期乳腺癌患者,NA方案的临床疗效优于NP方案,但对于患者的生存率没有影响。

Objective To compare the efficacy and survival rate between NA chemotherapy regimens and NP chemotherapy regimens in the treatment of breast cancer.Methods 63 patients in our hospital were diagnosed with IV breast cancer.They were randomly divided into the NA group and NP group.NA group was treated with vinorelbine plus epirubicin of NA chemotherapy regimen,the NP group was given vinorelbine plus cisplatin of the NP chemotherapy regimen.Then compare the clinical efficacy and survival rates between two sets of patient.Results the response rate of NAgroup was 64.5% and the disease control rate was 90.3%,while the response rate of the NP group was 40.6%,and disease control rate was 71.9%.The NA group＇s response and disease control rates were significantly higher than the NP group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups in survival rate and incidence of toxicity（P0.05）.Conclusion For patients with advanced breast cancer,NA regimen was same with NP regimen in the survival rates and toxic response,but the clinical efficacy of NAregimen is superior to the NP program.
