摘要
目的探寻一种适合临床护理实习的教学模式,以提高临床护理教学效果。方法针对两届实习护生,分别采用专业护士成组带教模式和传统的一对一跟班式教学模式,并进行临床教学效果评估。结果专业护士成组带教模式与传统的一对一跟班式教学模式相比较,各项临床教学效果指标P值均<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论专业护士成组带教模式优于传统的一对一跟班式教学模式,是一种值得推广的临床护理教学模式。
Objective To explore the suitability of a clinical nursing teaching model to improve clinical care and teaching.Methods evaluate the teaching effectivenes of the two-time nursing students,one with professional nurses group training model for clinical teaching,and the other with the traditional one-valet-style teaching model for clinical teaching,.Results compare the performance metrics of the clinical teaching between the group of professional nurses into the clinical training model and the traditional one on one instruction teaching model,statistically significant by statistical comparison(P0.05).Conclusion The professional nurses group training model is better than the traditional one-valet-style teaching model and is a worthy model of clinical nursing teaching model.
