护理干预对溃疡性角膜炎患者的心理影响分析

Nursing Intervention in The Patients' Psychology Keratitis Impact Analysis

目的分析护理干预对溃疡性角膜炎患者的心理影响。方法根据2009年8月至2010年8月我院收治的62例溃疡性角膜炎患者,通过对溃疡性角膜炎患者的临床症状观察,并采取一系列积极有效的护理干预措施。结果经过对62例溃疡性角膜炎患者的临床护理干预,采取相应的药物治疗和心理护理同步治疗的方式,使患者的症状都有不同程度的减轻甚至完全的康复。结论通过对溃疡性角膜炎患者护理临床实践,护理干预实施不仅让患者从身体上减轻了疾病带来的痛苦,同时也让患者树立起有利于治疗和康复的最佳心理状态,从而保证治疗措施取得应有的效果。

Objective To analyse the nursing intervention in the psychological effect of keratitis patients.Methods According to from August 2009 to August 2010 were our 62 cases of patients with ulcerative keratitis,through to the ulcer keratitis observed the clinical symptoms,took a series of effective nursing intervention measures.Results After 62 cases of ulcer keratitis the patient＇s clinical nursing intervention,adopt corresponding drug therapy and nursing of synchronous treatment way,make a patient＇s symptoms were different extent reduce or even complete recovery.Conclusion The ulcer keratitis patient care clinical practice,the implementation of the nursing intervention not only let patients from the body,reduce the disease that brings the pain,but also let patients to treatment and rehabilitation build up the best psychological state,so as to ensure the effect of the treatment measures should be made.
