摘要
目的探讨姑息性切除治疗晚期食管癌的临床效果。方法将86例晚期食管癌患者分两组,化疗或放疗组(A组)51例;姑息性手术加化疗或放疗组(B组)35例。比较A组和B组的生存率。结果 B组患者在半年生存率、一年生存率和两年生存率都优于A组(P<0.05)。结论姑息性切除晚期食管癌可以提高生存率,改善其预后。
Objective Explore palliative resection,the clinical effects of the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods Divided into two groups of 86 patients with advanced esophageal cancer patients,chemotherapy or radiotherapy group（group A）,51 cases;35 cases of palliative surgery plus chemotherapy or radiotherapy group（B）.Compare A group and B group survival.Results Group B patients in the six months survival rate one year survival rate and two-year survival rates are better than group A（P0.05）.Conclusion Palliative resection of advanced esophageal cancer can improve survival and improve their prognosis.
