急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清C反应蛋白及尿酸变化的临床观察

摘要 目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)与尿酸(UA)的变化及临床意义。方法选取急性冠状动脉综合征患者50例,其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)20例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)30例,另选健康者30例为对照组,分别测定两组血清CRP与UA,并进行比较。结果 AMI、UAP组CRP及UA较对照组均明显增高(P<0.05)。AMI组患者CRP明显高于UAP组患者(P<0.05)。结论血清CRP及UA水平是ACS的敏感指标,可作为冠心病危险的预测因子。
