摘要
本研究探索Pienemann的语言加工处理论在语法上的应用,提出一个新的PT教学模式。本文针对传统的语法翻译教学组(GTM)和普遍语法教学组(UG)进行了为期一年的教学实验比较研究。实验证明:GTM和UG模式都能促进语言结构学习,而PT模式比GTM更能帮助学习语法结构,对于较难且不常见的语法结构,PT理论模式下的教学也能很好地按阶段进行,让学习者更好地从一个阶段跨越到下一阶段的学习,避免了语言结构的混淆。研究结果对英语专业语法课程的教学具有一定的意义,同时也可在其基础上不断完善对二语学习者学习阶段的研究。
This study focuses on the application of Processability Theory posed by Pienemann to grammar and suggests a new teaching model based on a one-year teaching experiment with traditional Grammar-Translation method (GTM) and Universal Grammar (UG). The experiment proves that both GTM and UG can facilitate the acquisition of specific grammar points. For some unusual and difficult grammar points, PT model is more useful in undertaking developmental teaching in a specific stage and helping learners move to the next stage, thus avoiding mistakes. The findings of the study will be helpful in teaching grammar, and the research of acquisition stage can be further conducted on the basis of it.
