摘要
内容与语言整合性学习(CLIL)是一种兼顾学科知识和外语学习的具有双重教学目的的新兴教育模式,根据不同的地域和实施情况又可称为双语教育、基于内容的教育、跨课程英语学习、全英语教学等,90年代初在欧洲兴起并迅速发展。从二语习得视角对CLIL的外语教育模式进行实证研究并论证CLIL的有效性,对全球的外语教学具有重要意义。《内容与语言整合性学习:来自欧洲的研究证据》提供了来自欧洲的一系列CLIL实证研究。本文对该书的主要内容进行了介绍和评价。
Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) is a new educational program, which combines school subject learning and foreign language learning. Emerging in Europe in early 1990s and developing rapidly, it is also called bilingual Instruction, Content-Based Instruction, English Across the Curriculum, Whole English Instruction, etc. in different areas and due to different implementations. It is of significance to global foreign language education to testify and justify this program from the perspective of SLA. The book Content and Language Integrated Learning: Evidence from Research in Europe serves the purpose with a series of positive research in Europe. This paper is an introduction and a brief review of it.
