摘要
培养学生的自主学习能力是大学英语教学改革的一个热门话题。本文指出大学英语教师需要及时调整自身角色来满足网络环境要求,教师有必要从传统的"演员"角色过渡到"导演"、"编剧"、"摄影"、"制片"及"观众"等不同角色。大学英语教师必须充分发挥"隐身"作用,帮助和督促学生养成自主学习习惯和提高自主学习能力。
Cultivating students' self-learning ability is one of the major issues in the process of College English Reform. The paper claims that college English teachers should adjust their roles in time to meet the needs of the new network environment, transforming from the traditional role as actors to various roles such as directors, playwrights, photographers, producers and audiences. College English teachers should exert their invisible roles to help students develop and enhance their autonomous learning ability.
