利用基于分子印迹聚合物膜的表面等离子体共振传感器检测TNT

摘要 利用以分子印迹聚合物(MIP)膜作为识别单元的表面等离子体共振(SPR)传感器,对2,4,6-三硝基甲苯(TNT)进行了检测.通过热引发聚合反应,在SPR传感芯片的裸金表面合成了TNT印迹聚合物膜.采用乙腈/乙酸(9:1,V/V)混合有机溶剂可以快速将TNT模板分子洗脱下来,表现为SPR共振角偏移了0.7°.吸附实验结果表明,TNT分子的最低检测限可达1×108mol/L,并且在1×108~1×105mol/L浓度范围内SPR共振角度的变化(θ)与TNT浓度的负对数(lg[TNT])成线性关系.选择性研究表明,该SPR传感器对于浓度为1×104mol/L的TNT结构类似物2,4,5-三硝基甲苯和1,3,5-三硝基-1,3,5-六氢化三嗪(RDX)没有响应.研究结果说明,结合了MIP的SPR传感器对TNT的检测具有高灵敏度、强选择性和长久稳定性的优点.
