摘要
本文在超声辅助下采用并流沉淀法制备了纳米Co3O4,并用X-射线衍射(XRD)、比表面(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对所制备的材料进行了表征。以甲基橙为模拟有机污染对Co3O4的光催化脱色性能进行了考察。实验结果表明:超声振荡对纳米Co3O4比表面参数、形貌、晶粒大小及光催化脱色性能有显著影响。对超声振荡制备的Co3O4光催化性能提高的原因进行了讨论。
In this paper,nano-structured C0304 were prepared by a parallel flow method under the ultrasonic vibration and characterized by BET,XRD and SEM. The photocatalytic activity was evaluated by decolorization of 100 mL methyl orange solution( 10 mgL-1 ) under identical conditions. The results show that the ultrasonic vibration can influence greatly the specific surface parameters, SEM image, the particle size and the photocatalytic performance;the Co3 O4 prepared under the ultrasonic vibration possesses the high BET surface area, photocatalytic activity, the small pore size and the particle average size, the possible reason for increased photocatalytic performance was discussed.
