线绳张力对传动带性能影响的研究

Research on the Effect of Cord Tension on the V-belt Performance

鉴于目前对于绕线时线绳张力对V带的质量的影响的认识大都集中于绕线时线绳张力的稳定性和排列的均匀性的状况,以线绳张力的大小为主要研究对象,系统分析了线绳张力大小对V带质量指标——全厚度拉伸强度、线绳抽出力和疲劳寿命的影响,得出了线绳张力大小与上述V带质量指标优劣的对应关系。

The effect of cord tension on the V-belt performance is mostly focused on the stability and uniformity of the cord tension at present.Taking the size of cord tension as main research object,the effect of cord tension value on the quality level of V-belt which are tensile strength,rope withdrawal force and fatigue life are systematically analyzed,and the relationship between the quality level of V-belt and cord tension value is obtained.
