摘要
通过Romax软件对某变速器内细高齿齿轮传动分析,发现齿面载荷分布不均。进而依据齿面的单元载荷对齿轮齿廓进行修形优化及仿真分析,优化后其传递误差波动有所减小,偏载现象也明显改善,从而对细高齿齿轮传动的设计应用起到一定的参考作用。
Through analyzing the high-gear in transmission based Romax,the load distribution on the tooth face is unbalanced seriously.After modifying the tooth profile of high-gear according to load per unit length and simulation analysis,the fluctuation of transmission error is reduced and the condition of unbalanced load is improved obviously,which is of reference to the design of high-gear.
