Study on the Dynamic Balance of Drive Shaft in Automobile Carrier

借助现场组件实物,以东风公司天锦货车传动轴为研究对象,对货车传动轴动平衡分析与研究。首先,通过动平衡理论分析,再确认传动轴动平衡影响因素;最后,对传动轴动平衡改善技术应用进行分析;着重对传动轴平衡的技术要求及制造传动轴的技术、质量改善等进行全面的研究,为货车传动轴动平衡质量的提高提供了依据和传动轴传动的工作效率提供了改善方向。

The automobile carrier drive shaft dynamic balance of the Dongfeng Tianjin drive shaft is analyzed and studied with the help of actual assembly.At first,the drive shaft balance influence factors is determined by the theoretical analysis of the balance.Then the drive shaft in the application of dynamic balance improvement technology is analyzed.It focuses on the study of the drive shaft balancing technical requirements,manufacturing technology of drive shaft and quality improvement all-sidely.The basis for the drive shaft balance quality of automobile carrier and the improvement direction for drive work efficiency of drive shaft are provided.
