摘要
以汽车离合器的膜片弹簧作为研究对象,采用ANSYS Workbench软件对膜片弹簧进行了有限元分析。通过静力分析得到了膜片弹簧的应力应变变化规律,通过模态分析得到了膜片弹簧的各阶固有频率、最大变形量及其振型。研究结果可以为汽车膜片弹簧离合器结构的改进设计提供一定的理论参考。
Taking a kind diaphragm spring of automobile clutch as an example,a finite element analysis based on ANSYS Workbench is studied and explained.Stress and strain variation regulation of diaphragm spring is obtained by using statics analysis,and each rank of modal shape,natural frequency and the maximal deformation are all achieved by applying modal analysis.And the results,a theoretical reference to improving structure design of automotive diaphragm spring clutch is provided.
