摘要 采用机械式平衡头的砂轮自动平衡装置多数都存在无故障运行寿命短,平衡精度不高的问题,在一定程度上影响了其作用的发挥。提出采用非接触驱动方式解决碳刷滑环磨损问题,提高无故障运行寿命;采用少齿差行星传动提高平衡块运动精度和自锁可靠性,从而提高自动平衡精度。所提供的实验数据验证了这一方案的可行性。 Short non-failure time and low balance accuracy are critical issues for auto-balance devices with mechanical balance head.Therefore,a novel scheme with non-contact driving and small-teeth-difference planetary gear transmission to enhance the durability and the accuracy significantly is proposed.The non-contact driving method is used to avoid wear and tear of the device and its lifetime is greathy increased,meanwhile planetary gear transmission with small teeth difference is used to improve high accuracy of auto-balance and reliable self-locking of balance blocks.Experimental results verify the feasibility of the scheme.
