A magnitude 9.0 earthquake hit Japang eastern coast on March 11 th, 2011 and triggered tsunami, resulting in nuclear leak and excessive discharge of nuclear liquid waste. Confronting with the calamity, Japan "s media showed unprecedented professionalism and self-disciplined spirit while reporting, which drew attention from global journalism, playing crucial roles in leading the masses, releasing them from disasters, stabilizing social orders and smoothening implementation of government's policies. We could reveal Japans media was under the control from a powerful, but invisible magnetic field in which government the state apparatus controlled and managed culturally and historically. However, the more important remains the media followed an enterprise management and imprinted itself with enterprise culture.
