摘要
汽车企业职业培训师专业化发展是汽车从业人员综合素质提升的关键,也是汽车产业成功转型升级的重要要素之一。文章通过对汽车企业职业培训师专业化发展的涵义和存在问题的分析,提出了汽车职业培训师专业化发展的对策。
The professional development of vocational trainers in automobile enterprises is the key to promote the overall quality of automobile professionals and it is one of the important factors of successful transformation and upgrading of automobile industry. Through analyzing the meaning and existing problems of the professional development of vocational trainers in automobile enterprises, we put forward the countermeasures of the professional development of automobile vocational trainers.
