政府在农民工教育培训工作中担负着法律制定、政策供给、资源整合、资金支持等方面的责任和作用,面对当前农民工教育培训工作中存在的法律缺失、二元体制障碍、资源不足等问题,政府应该从农民工教育培训的实际状况出发,采取制定并完善相关法律、构建城乡统一的教育培训制度、动员整合社会资源、增加教育培训资金投入等对策,支持引导农民工积极参加各种教育培训,提高农民工的科学文化素质、岗位技能和文明程度。
