古民居保护与旅游利用模式研究——以黄山市徽州古民居为例

RESEARCH ON PROTECTION AND TOURISM UTILIZATION MODES OF ANCIENT DWELLING HOUSES——A Case Study of Huizhou Ancient Dwelling Houses in Huangshan City

以古民居的保护为目的,以黄山市古民居保护和旅游利用的旅游业态新模式为关注点,利用实证分析方法和比较研究的方法,基于保护和利用两种不同的维度,构建了徽州古民居保护和旅游利用的象限模型,提出了原址保护观光利用、原址保护功能转换利用、异地搬迁观光利用、异地搬迁整合利用等四种模式,并对其基本内涵分别进行了阐释。在此基础上,从原址利用、扩大利用、转换利用、主题利用四个方面,对未来徽州古民居保护和旅游利用的方向提出了相关建议和对策,并希冀对其他类型古民居的保护和旅游利用有着借鉴作用。

As a kind of unique tourism resource,the ancient dwelling houses have significant cultural,historical,tourism and construction scientific values.However,in the process of urbanization,the ancient dwelling houses are in the danger of disappearance,and more attention should be paid to the protection of these unique resources.Proper utilization is good for the protection of ancient dwelling houses,and tourism is generally acknowledged as an effective way for the purposes of both utilization and protection.In recent years,with the vigorous development of tourism industry,ancient dwelling houses＇ tourism also develops rapidly.In this paper,with the purpose of protecting ancient dwelling houses,focusing on the new development patterns of protection and utilization,using the methods of empirical analysis and comparative study,from two different aspects of protection and utilization,a quadrant model of protectiion and utilization of ancient dwelling houses in HUI Zhou Area is constructed.From the aspect of protection,two patterns can be divided according to whether changing the original location of ancient dwelling houses,which are protection at the original locations and protection by moving to the other locations.From the aspect of utilization,high-degree utilization pattern and low-degree utilization pattern are divided.In the original locations,according to the level of utilization,we can get two patterns,which are developing sightseeing tourism at the original locations and functional transformation at the original locations. After elaborating the contents of these patterns,for the better protection and utilization of the ancient dwelling houses in the future,some suggestions and measures are put forward both in depth and breadth,so as to expand the function of tourism utilization.Finally,the content of this paper is summarized,and the direction of the future study is put forward.
