晚期鼻咽癌局部同期放化疗联合西妥昔单抗治疗的护理观察 被引量：13

摘要 目的观察西妥昔单抗(爱必妥)联合同期顺铂化疗加适形调强放射治疗(IMRT)治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌不良反应,总结其护理措施。方法回顾性分析我院已完成的28例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者在治疗期间观察的急性毒性临床表现特征及护理处理经验和近期疗效。结果28例患者在治疗期间,主要毒副反应为座疮样皮疹和口腔黏膜炎,其发生率分别为90%和96%,其次为胃肠道反应,骨髓抑制等。过敏反应仅见1例。结论西妥昔单抗(爱必妥)联合同期顺铂化疗加IMRT治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌患者,临床采用合理的护理措施,患者完全可以耐受,并不影响全程治疗的计划和疗效。
