复发性外阴癌的处理

Treatment for recurrent vulvar cancer

复发性外阴癌目前没有标准治疗。小样本回顾性资料显示:孤立性肿块手术切除预后好,手术尽量做到无残留病灶,有残留病灶者术后辅助放化疗可能有效;区域性或远处转移患者预后差,可以选择放化疗;化疗作用有限,需要集中病例进行前瞻性临床研究确定最佳治疗方案。

there is no standard treatment. Some small retrospective studies show that recurrent patients with an isolated tumor receive complete surgery would have better survival, and surgery should be no residual, adjuvant radio-chemotherapy may have some effectiveness for those with residual disease; for patients with a regional and/or distant recurrence, radio-chemotherapy may be helpful, but the response rate is low. Chemotherapy has shown minimal activity. There is a need to gather patients in central institutions to take prospective clinical trials to identify the best therapeutic approaches for recurrent vulva cancers.
