端粒酶催化亚单位在子宫腺肌病组织中的表达及其意义 被引量:1

Expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase(hTERT) in adenomyosis tissues

摘要 目的探讨端粒酶催化亚单位(hTERT)与子宫腺肌病发生、发展的可能机制。方法 2006年1月至2009年8月在山西医科大学第一医院采用免疫组化SP法测定并比较70例因子宫腺肌病切除子宫的患者在位及异位子宫内膜和24例因宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅲ切除子宫的患者在位子宫内膜组织中端粒酶的表达阳性率。结果子宫腺肌病患者在位、异位子宫内膜组织与CINⅢ患者子宫内膜组织hTERT表达阳性率分别为45.7%、70.0%和20.8%,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组弥漫型与局限型hTERT表达阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组增殖期与分泌期hTERT表达阳性率分别为90.5%和64.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。hTRET阳性表达率在研究组子宫体积的比较中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组有月经改变组和无月经改变组hTERT表达阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 hTERT的高表达与子宫腺肌病及病变进展程度有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of Human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) in eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues of the research group (adenomyosis group) and the control group (CINⅢ group) ,investigate the possible molecular mechanism of the pathopoiesis of adenomyosis. Methods In this study data we collected inpatients data between January 2006 and September 2009 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University. We selected research group( eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium cases)and control group (CIN Ⅲ cases) and compared with positive expression of hTERT of both groups by tissue microarray technology and immunohistochemistry. Resuits The expression of hTERT in eutopic and ectopic endometrium was significantly higher than normal endometrium (P 〈 0. 05). However, no significant difference was found between diffuse group and localized group of research group ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The expression of hTERT in proliferative phase endometrial was significantly higher than secretory phase endometrial ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of hTERT was related to the size of uterus ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of hTERT was unrelated to menstrual changes (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion hTERT in the development of adenomyosis may play an important role in the process.
