难选赤铁矿浮选试验研究

Test Research on Flotation of Refractory Hematite

研究了以FQ为捕收剂,采用正浮选流程浮选赤铁矿。考察了磨矿细度、药剂种类和用量对浮选指标的影响。闭路试验采用1粗4精2扫、中矿顺序返回流程,最终获得铁品位59.43%铁精矿,铁回收率72.74%。

Using positive flotation process and FQ as collector, the influence of grinding fineness, type and dosage of reagent to flotation indexes were studied. A closed circuit experiment, one roughingthree cleaning-two scavenging-middle ore back to feed, was carried out. The iron concentrate with grade of 59.43% and recovery of 72.74% was obtained.
