滦河二级水电站橡胶坝的设计施工与管理

位于承德县城的滦河干流二级水电站的拦河坝为3孔充水式蓝色橡胶坝,坝袋锚固形式采用螺栓压板单线锚固,塌坝采用自流和水泵强排方式。橡胶坝具有技术简单、施工方便、建设费用低和美观等优点。该水电站建成投产以来,橡胶坝运行良好,并已成为县城生态景观建设的重要标志。
