摘要
电子商务,这个几年前还鲜为人知的名词,如今在全国已发展成燎原之势,面对即将到来的数字化时代,国家政府、企业如何迎接挑战、把握机遇?已摆在国人的面前。中国发展电子商务,不能照搬国外模式,应根据国情,把发展重点定位在企业与企业之间的电子商务上,将传统现场贸易与网上电子交易结合起来,使电子商务真正融于社会,走近民间。
Electronic business', the term which few people knew several years ago has ben spreading all over the country now. Facing the approach of the digital times, the question to the nation. the government and the enterprises of how to accept the challenge. grasp the opportunity has been laying out before us counrtymen. To develop electronic business in China,we should not do in the foreign modes. I think according to our own situations we should lay emphasis on the electronic business between enterprises, link traditional business in stock with the electronic business on internet. So that the electronic business can really combine with the society, come near the populace.
