摘要
目的探讨离体体外循环(ECC)对丙泊酚浓度的影响。方法确立试验因素有3个,即:氧合器,有3个水平,即进口膜式氧合器(简称进口膜肺)、国产膜式氧合器(简称国产膜肺)和国产鼓泡式氧合器(简称国产鼓泡肺);温度,有2个水平(28℃和35℃);转机时间,有7个水平(ECC前、ECC后1、5、10、20、40、60min)。用反向高效液相法检测丙泊酚浓度。结果氧合器(P=0.045)、温度(P=0.019)和转机时间(P=0.001)对丙泊酚浓度均有影响;进口膜肺与国产膜肺之间差异无统计学意义(P=0.556),进口膜肺(P=0.024)、国产膜肺(P=0.014)丙泊酚浓度在ECC后1、5min明显低于国产鼓泡肺。结论国产鼓泡肺对丙泊酚浓度的影响低于国产膜肺和进口膜肺,国产膜肺对丙泊酚浓度的影响与进口膜肺无差异,28℃时的丙泊酚浓度明显高于35℃,丙泊酚浓度随着转机时间的延长进行性下降。
Objective To investigate the effect of extracorporeal circulation(ECC) on propofol concentration.Methods The oxygenator,temperature and ECC time were considered as three experimental factors.There were three kinds of oxygenators:Foreign membrane oxygenator,domestic membrane oxygenator and domestic bubble oxygenator.The temperature of the circulating solution was maintained at 28 ℃ or 35 ℃ with a heat exchanger.20 mg propofol was added to 2000 ml priming solution.Propofol concentration was then measured before ECC,1,5,10,20,40,60 min after ECC by reverse high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results Propofol concentration was affected by the kind of oxygenator(P=0.045),ECC time(P=0.001) and temperature(P=0.019).There was difference between domestic bubble membrane oxygenator and foreign(P=0.024) or domestic membrane oxygenator(P=0.014) but not between foreign and domestic membrane oxygenator(P=0.556).Conclusion Propofol concentration will be affected by the kind of oxygenator,ECC duration and temperature.
