摘要 采用CaCO3和HDPE对LLDPE进行改性,研究了CaCO3和HDPE用量对共混体系力学性能的影响。结果表明,当m(LLDPE)∶m(HDPE)∶m(CaCO3)=55∶30∶15时,体系的综合力学性能最好。HDPE对LLDPE具有增强增韧作用,此外,添加少量的CaCO3能显著改善共混材料的力学性能,所制得的改性材料可用于生产小型中空制品。 The linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) was modified by calcium carbonate(CaCO3)and high density polyethylene(HPDE).The influence of the contents of calcium carbonate and HPDE on the mechanical properties of LLDPE/HDPE/CaCO3 was studied.The result indicated that the overall mechanical properties of blends were optimum when the ratio of LLDPE/HDPE/CaCO3 was 55∶15∶30(mass ratio).The HDPE could not only improve the toughness,but also improve the stiffness of the blend.The addition of a small amount of CaCO3 could improve the processability of the blend.The property of the prepared compound could meet the need for the special materials compounds to small hollow blow molding.
