摘要
以辽河AH-90高升工地沥青为再生沥青的补充沥青,选用自制废旧沥青再生剂,制备出符合JTG F40-2004标准中2-2气候分区中所要求的A类90#沥青。考察该再生沥青在老化过程当中主要理化性质的变化,并与辽河AH-90高升工地沥青抗老化性质作对比实验。结果表明,所制备的再生沥青抗老化性质较补充到废旧沥青当中的新沥青抗老化性质稍差。本实验采用失重系数法考察沥青的抗老化性质,实验方法较简便结果较准确。
By adding new AH-90 asphalt of Liaohe Gaosheng and regenerant,recycled asphalt that are in line with JTG F40-2004(2-2 Climate Division Class A 90#)standard was prepared.Aging process and the main physical and chemical properties of recycled asphalt were studied comparing with new AH-90 asphalt of Liaohe Gaosheng.The results showed that anti-aging properties of recycled asphalt is worse than the new anti-aging properties of new asphalt.In this study,weight loss factors were investigated by the anti-aging properties of asphalt.It shows testing methods is more accurate results and simple.
