摘要
针对船用球铁活塞裙毛坯的结构特点,采用了雨淋式浇注系统的铸造工艺方案,并利用MAGMAsoft数值模拟软件对该铸造工艺进行了分析和优化。结果表明,雨淋式浇注系统工艺不仅能够避免活塞裙铸件形成缩松缩孔缺陷,同时还有利于排气、集渣,消除铸件的表面缺陷。
According to the structure characteristics of nodular iron piston castings,the rain type casting system has been selected for the piston casting technique which is analyzed and optimized by numerical simulation software MAGMAsoft.It is resulted that the rain type casting system can not only avoid piston from porosity defects but also benefit for venting,slag trapping and getting rid of surface defects.
