摘要
应用MAGMA模拟软件,对摇臂壳体铸件进行了凝固过程模拟。根据凝固模拟的结果分析铸件产生缺陷的原因,然后优化工艺方案并再次凝固模拟,以便确定最终的铸造工艺方案,同时用于铸件的实际生产,有效地控制了缩孔的产生,大大提高了工艺收得率。
The rocker arm shell casting solidification was simulated using MAGMA simulation software.According to the results of analysis of solidification simulation,the casting shrinkage defect was analyzed,the final casting process for casting production was determined,which effectively controlled the shrinkage and greatly improved the yield.
