摘要
材质为SC480的轴承座在进行力学性能测试时拉伸性能指标不合格。对拉伸试棒断口进行化学成分及扫描电镜分析,确定由于Al含量偏高生成AlN,并富集于晶界,形成脆性断口而降低材料韧性。提出了相应预防措施,即在钢水冶炼时采用Si-Ca脱氧(或真空碳脱氧)+少量Al终脱氧法。
The tensile strength of SC480 bearing block is unqualified.The analysis of fracture chemical composition and scanning electron microscopy showed that the AlN caused by high Al content enriched in the grain boundary and formed the brittle fracture and reduced the toughness.The corresponding preventive measures of deoxidizing with Si-Ca(or vacuum carbon deoxidation) and a small amount of Al final deoxidation method were put forward.
