马兜铃蜜炙前后挥发油成分GC-MS分析

摘要 目的:对马兜铃蜜炙前后挥发油进行化学成分的定性、定量分析。方法:马兜铃样品用乙醚超声提取,提取液浓缩所得油状物再通过水蒸气蒸馏法得到挥发油,并用GC-MS法对其化学成分进行分析、鉴定。结果:马兜铃生品和蜜炙品挥发油含量分别为1.65%和0.08%。从马兜铃生品及蜜炙品中共鉴定出86个化合物,生品52种,蜜炙品46种,均占各自挥发油总成分的90%以上。结论:马兜铃蜜炙后挥发油含量显著降低,化合物总数减少,有大量新化合物产生,同时有部分化合物经炮制后含量发生变化。 Objective: To analyze the chemical compounds of the volatile oil in pre-and past-honey processed Aristolochia contorta. Method: Aristolochia contorta samples were extracted with diethyl ether by Uhrasonieation Extraction Method. Extract- ing solution was concentrated to get oily matter, and the volatile oil was obtained from oily matter by steam distillation. The separated compounds were identified by GC-MS. Result: The contents of the volatile oil in pre-and past-honey processed Aristolocbia contorta t were 1.65% and 0.08% respectively. 86 compounds were separated and identified from crude and hon- ey processed A. contorta, 52 compounds were from crude A. eontorta and 46 compounds were from honey processed A. contor- ta, and accounting for over 90% of their total volatile oil. Conclusion: The content of the volatile oil in past-honey processed Aristolochia contorta was significantly lower. A. eontorta processed by honey produced lots of new compounds, while the con- tent of some compounds was changed, and the number of compounds was decreased.
