美托洛尔对缺血性心脏病心衰患者心室重塑和心功能的影响

Effects of metoprolol on ventricular remodeling and cardiac function in patients with ischemic heart disease with heart failure

目的:探讨美托洛尔对缺血性心脏病心力衰竭患者心室重塑和心功能的影响。方法:选取我院2009年1月～2010年1月收治的缺血性心脏病心力衰竭患者116例,分为观察组与对照组,观察组在常规心衰治疗的基础上加用美托洛尔治疗,对照组只给予常规心衰治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后疗效比较及左室收缩末容积(LVESV)、左室舒张末容积(LVEDV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)改善情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后左心室功能及结构有明显改善,且与对照组相比心室结构及心功能改善更加明显,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规心衰综合治疗基础上,加用美托洛尔可以达到更好的治疗效果,能明显改善心衰患者心室重塑和心脏功能,是值得考虑的临床治疗方案。

Objective： To discuss the effect of metoprolol on ventricular remodeling and cardiac function in patients with ischemic heart disease with heart failure. Methods： One hundred and sixteen patients with ischemic heart disease and heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to January 2010 were chosen and divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received metoprolol on the basis of routine treatment for heart failure while the control group only received routine treatment for heart failure. Therapeutic effects after treatment and improvements of left ventricular end-systolic volume （LVESV）, left ventricular end-diastolic volume （LVEDV） and left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） in two groups were observed for comparison. Results： The functions and structure of left ventricle of patients in treatment group were improved remarkably. And when compared with the control group, the improvements in the treatment group was more obvious. The difference between two groups was sta- tistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions：By applying metoprolol based on routine treatment for heart failure, better therapeutic effects can be achieved. Ventricular remodeling and cardiac function in patients with heart failure can be improved significantly. Thus, this treatment option is worthy of clinical application.
