分期治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

Clinical effects of stage treatment strategy for lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨分期治疗腰椎间盘突出症的方法,观察分期治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取我院150例腰椎间盘突出症患者,针对急性期、缓解期和恢复期的不同症状采用分期综合疗法。急性期以静脉滴注、穴位注射与牵引为主;缓解期以牵引和推拿为主;恢复期以推拿按摩与中药内服为主。结果:150例患者中,治愈61例,好转76例,未愈13例,治愈率40.67%,总有效率91.34%;结论:分期治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有针对性强、见效快、治愈率高的特点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of stage treatment strategy for lumbar disc herniation. Methods： Select 150 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, intravenous infusion combined with acupoint-injection and traction were given to those with acute phase symptoms; traction and messages were given to those with admission stage symptoms; but during recovery stage, patients were treated with message and herbs. Results：Of 150 patients, 61 cases were cured, 76 cases were improved, 13 cases was not cured, showing cure rate of 40. 67%, and total effective rat of 91.34%. Conclusion： Staging treatment strategy is an individualized and effective method for treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc and it＇s worth for clinical application.
