前列腺素E1联合糖皮质激素治疗乙型重型肝炎临床分析

Effect of prostaglandin E1 combined with hormone therapy on severe hepatitis type B

目的:探讨前列腺素E1联合糖皮质激素(以下简称激素)治疗乙型重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将我院2006年10月～2011年5月收治的70例重症肝炎的患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予常规药物与激素联合治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合前列腺素E1治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者采用联合治疗后,其凝血酶原活动度明显上升,好转率达85.71%,各指标与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论:采用前列腺素E1与激素联合治疗乙型重型肝炎能够取得更好的治疗效果,值得在临床应用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of prostaglandin E1 combined with hormone on severe hepatitis type B.Methods： A total of 70 cases of severe hepatitis type B admitted from October 2008 to May 2011 were randomly divided into two groups.Patient in control group were treated with conventional drugs and hormone therapy,while patients in experimental group had prostaglandin E1 combined with hormone on the basis the conventional treatment.The efficacy was observed and compared.Results：The prothrombin time increased significantly in observation group,and improvement rate was 85.71%.All indexes were significantly superior to those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusions： The prostaglandin E1 combined with hormone is effective in treating severe hepatitis type B,and is worthy of clinical application.
