摘要
文章在实证调研的基础上,归纳和总结了长三角地区在服务型政府建设过程中存在的问题和难题。主要包括改革的整体性、系统性、目标性不明确,公共服务供给中政府、市场与社会的多元供给机制不健全以及区域合作中的利益共享机制还未形成等。
On the basis of empirical research,this paper summarized the problems and difficulties of Yangtze River Delta dur ing the construction of service-oriented government.They were the ambiguity of the reform integrity,systemic and target,multi-supply mechanism of government,market and society in the supply of public services is distempered and the bene fit-sharing mechanism in the regional cooperation has not yet formed.
